Warranty Coverage:
- Product Finishes: Covered for three years from the date of purchase.
- Drawer Slides: Covered for two years from the date of purchase.
- Structural Integrity: Covered for ten years from the date of purchase (excluding finishes or drawer slides).

- If the product is installed, operated, and maintained according to the provided instructions and fails to meet the specified warranty coverage, NewAge will replace the defective product or parts.
- The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with any replacement product or parts.

Approval Required: All returns are subject to approval by NewAge Products. Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original received condition may be denied return approval.

Restocking Fee: Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Period: No returns will be accepted after 120 days from the date of receiving the order.

Set or Bundle Components: Returns will not be accepted for individual components purchased as part of a set or bundle.

If, for any reason, your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will cancel the pre-authorization and contact you via email. However, if your selected item(s) are readily available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will proceed to process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

For in-stock items, once we process the charges to your credit card, your order will typically ship within five business days from the date of your order.
